Sylva Residence is a contemporary dwelling designed to merge naturally with its hillside environment. The composition is defined by clean steel geometry, natural textures, and a restrained palette of exposed concrete, dark brick, and timber. Light and shadow animate the interiors through perforated screens and wooden panels, while large openings frame the surrounding landscape. The outdoor living area and pool extend the interior experience outward, creating a calm continuity between architecture and nature.
